What is NLP?

NLP is a set of powerful and revolutionary techniques modelled on the researched excellence and skills of successful people, enabling each person to use their own resources to achieve increased effectiveness and excellent results in many walks of life. No matter what they do.

Neuro refers to our neurology and how we use our five senses and physiology.

Lingustic refers to our use of verbal and non-verbal language.

Programming refers to our patterns of behaviour and how we can change any that are no longer useful to us. NLP is based on the discovery that changing how one thinks can transform what one thinks, especially on the deeper personal level. The powerful methods of  NLP are renowned for the speed at which positive change happens and the excellent results that are achieved in a very short period of time.

Have You Ever...

Have you ever asked yourself the question? If you had no limitations and you knew, you could not fail, what would you be doing now? This is a question I ask of my clients all the time. From my experience, its like opening up a Pandora's box, the answers I get are truly amazing. Students and Private clients alike start to tell me about their dreams, hopes and ambitions of how they would like to be. I then ask them what stops them from being like how they would like to be. The one answer I have never, yet received is, "Attitude". There is a difference that makes the difference, and this is an essential part of my NLP trainigs. Attitude is one of the essential factors between NLP and other techniques if used correctly. In creating the "Fast and Permanent Change" people require for theirself. Utilizing NLP, you can change the bad habits of a litetimes learning, into positive and resourceful habits for a great future. "TAKE ACTION NOW" To become the person you want to be, the person that runs your own life, be able to create that person you only dream about when wakening up in the morning. Become more energised, believe you can be motivated, more confident and finally free. NLP can help you be that person.

The ability to change the process by which we experience reality is often more valuable than changing the content of our experience. The resources an individual needs to effect a change of choice are already within them and a skilled NLP Therapist, such as myself, enjoys the challenge, of helping you to hold constant the positive worth and respect of you as an individual, whilst challenging the appropriateness of your internal and / or external behaviour, and effectively creating within you the desired state of permanent change that enables you to become a totally different person.
